About us

We are looking for talented people to join our team.
On Unreal Engine 4, we develop 3D architectures, interactive virtual tours, photogrammetry, augmented reality, composition, real-time configurators, 2D graphics and video games.

We're looking for a full-time salaried Game Designer.
You will work on new intellectual properties on PC and VR games for our leisure centers or our customers.

Mission

You will respond to a design problem or creative intent with :
· Coherent proposals that respect the scope.
· Mastery and follow-up of the subject in its integration into "features".

You will establish for a system or feature :
· A clear intention for the creative vision of the project.
· Precise yet concise documentation covering the feature.
· Guidelines as examples and rules for content creators.
· A list of requirements linked to the smooth running of the feature (VFX, Sound Design, UI, tools...).

You will also need to :
· Listen to the design needs of content creators.
· Passing on the vision of game systems.
· Ensure consistency between systems and content, and respect for the creative vision.
· Adjusting the balance between systems.
· Collaborate, monitor and assist the "art and code section" in implementing the features for which you are responsible.

Required

· Knowledge of the Unreal Engine 4 game engine.
· Solid skills in game and level design.
· Particular interest in game design, both for VR games and more traditional games.
· Strong interest in adventure genres, shooting games, racing games, etc.
· Understanding the implications of a horizontal organization (everyone has the right to express their opinions).

Plus

· Knowledge of C++ for Unreal Engine is a big plus.
· VR experience on Unreal Engine.
· Online portfolio of completed projects.
· Autonomy and proactivity.
· Good team spirit.

Mission

Animate both bipeds and animals as well as environmental objects in a realistic way or not.
Excellent attention to the timings of cartoon animation or not.
Implement animations on Unreal Engine.
Use the Sequencer Unreal Engine to make cutscenes or camera shots.

Candidate Profile

Experience in real-time 3D animation.
Excellent knowledge of animation tools, preferably in Blender or Maya.
An experience of game development on Unreal Engine 4 and integration of animations in this tool (State Machine, ABP, Animation Graph,...).
Know setup / rig is a plus.
Know how to collaborate and communicate constructively.
Have the sense of initiative and be determined in achieving high results.
